About Archery Camp
Archery is a fun lifelong sport. Whether you are interested in archery as a one-time experience, a recreational pursuit or a serious competitive endeavor, summer classes with Ithaca Archery offer a sound foundation to the sport by introducing archers to proper shooting techniques. We use drills and exercises to become familiar with archery movement and mindset, skeletal stability and how to coordinate a fluid, consistent shot sequence. In addition to working on shot technique we will shoot a variety of targets.
About Coach Rendleman
Charles Rendleman is a certified USA Archery Level 4 NTS coach, teaching the National Training System developed by Olympic Head Coach Kisik Lee – a shooting form that relies on alignment, skeletal stability, and mental management. Level 4 NTS coaches are certified by Coach Lee at the Olympic Training Center, receiving guidance on coaching techniques (including Safe Sport certification) and undergo background screening. In addition to Level 4 NTS Certification, Coach Rendleman regularly attends clinics with Coach Lee to further refine his coaching.
